Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and supporting marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and revenue.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, presenting product or service offerings, responding to customer inquiries, and providing follow-up support to ensure satisfaction. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with marketing strategies, assist in organizing promotional events,



and contribute to training sessions for sales staff as needed. The role requires maintaining accurate records of leads, sales activities, and performance metrics, while consistently meeting individual and team targets.

Qualifications
Robust Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction and active listening abilities
Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally
Sales skills to prospect, present offerings, negotiate, and close deals effectively
Training and Sales Management skills to support team development, guide performance, and help implement sales processes
Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a customer-facing role
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate with cross-functional teams
