Pure Sales | New Lead Generation | Target-Based Role
Salary: Up to ₹60,000/month + Performance Incentives (subject to achieving assigned monthly sales targets).
Ion Technology Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to generate new business, acquire new clients, and close B2B sales for our AI Digital Human & Hologram Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate recent leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and field visits.
· Identify and acquire new B2B customers.
· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
· Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
· Achieve the assigned monthly sales target.

Requirements
· 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
· Proven experience in new lead generation and closing deals.
· Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
· Experience handling international clients is preferred.
· Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

This is a target-based sales position. Candidates are required to achieve the assigned monthly sales target. This role is ideal for specialists who are confident in generating current business and consistently delivering sales results.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
