Role Description This full time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role is based in Mangaluru and focuses on promoting solar solutions to residential and commercial clients. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales visits, presenting product and service offerings, and closing sales to meet revenue targets.

The Sales Marketing

Executive will help plan and execute marketing campaigns, participate in local promotional activities, and build relationships with customers, partners, and influencers in the region. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, tracking competitor activities,



preparing proposals and quotations, maintaining accurate sales records, and coordinating with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution and customer follow-up.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.

Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to engage prospects, deliver presentations, and maintain customer relationships.

Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage the sales cycle, negotiate terms, and achieve assigned targets.

Relevant experience in solar energy, renewable energy, or related technical sales is an advantage.

Ability to work in office, travel within the region, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or sales tracking tools is beneficial.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
