Resource Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

WBS /Program Management
Creating WBS/Program codes based on the request from Program Teams for Local PD & Rest of the

world support.
Coordinating with Model Planner/Program Managers & Finance team for Budget and Approvals (WBS

Registry /PID/SOW) for the programs as per defined process.
Activating /Deactivating of WBS/Program codes in RP Tool based on the Program timeline in

coordination with Finance & Program Responsible across various Domains/Verticals.
Escalating expiring Program support to Program Responsible on monthly basis for deactivation or

extension of Program support.
Maintaining the Master WBS /Programs Database with latest updates and sharing the Status to Finance

on a monthly basis. RP (Resource Planning) Tool Management, Reporting & Resource Alignment :
Effectively Reporting Monthly deliverables to Global Stakeholders based on predefined Key Metrics calendar.
Maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as per target to achieve 100% billing rate.




Coordinating with HR for Monthly Headcount Alignment and escalating discrepancies if any.
Raising awareness and providing training if required to keep the loss % at minimum as per target.
Providing Management Information/presentation/data analysis as required.
Addressing and solving any issues with the active users in RP tool by engaging offshore ICT RP team if

required .
Coordinating with Global RP team to maintain the Organization Structure and hierarchy in RP tool for

the active users Essential skills: Must be experienced with Project management activities and deliverables.

Desired skills

Ability to work in a quick paced, results oriented and continually changing workplace
Advanced proficiency in English Language is must
Excellent Presentation, Communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work by meeting multiple deadlines with the ability to deliver on time

Experience: 3 to 8 Years In OEM and Tier 1 Automotive
