Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gwalior. In this role, the individual will identify and pursue current business prospects, build and maintain client relationships, and present tailored advertising and influencer marketing solutions. The executive will collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns, conduct market research to understand client needs and competitive trends,



and support the development of pitch decks and proposals.

Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute effective campaigns.

Candidates should possess solid Market Research abilities to analyze trends, audiences, and competitors.

Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue goals.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present ideas clearly and build long-term client relationships.

Relevant experience in advertising, influencer marketing, or brand development is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office and CRM software are advantageous.
