Restaurant Captain / Senior Captain Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership:

Lead and improve service standards, handle Cleaning staff and ensure excellent hygiene and service standards. 2. Customer Service:

Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly. 3. Order Management:

Manage orders accurately, ensuring that all guest requests are fulfilled correctly and efficiently. 4. Table Management:

Oversee table assignments, ensuring optimal seating arrangements and timely service. 5. Communication:

Coordinate with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure seamless service. 6. Training and Development:

Train and mentor junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge. 7. Sales and Revenue:

Promote specials, upsell menu items, and contribute to increasing revenue and sales targets. 8. Safety and Hygiene:
