Role Description This full-time, in office Salesperson role is based in Chandigarh. The Salesperson will be responsible for promoting and selling healthcare products distributed by Rowan Enterprises to hospitals, clinics, and other institutions. Daily activities include visiting customers, presenting product information, negotiating pricing and terms, processing orders, and following up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, forecasting demand, coordinating with the warehousing and logistics teams, and identifying recent business opportunities.



The Salesperson will be expected to build long-term relationships with clients and represent the company professionally in the market.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet targets.

Customer relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.

Basic knowledge of healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical products, or willingness to learn quickly.

Positive communication and presentation skills in English and local languages, with clear and professional demeanor.

Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and handle multiple accounts.

Proficiency in using basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) for reporting and documentation.

Previous experience in sales, distribution, or healthcare industry is an advantage.

Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant diplomas in sales or marketing are beneficial.

Willingness to travel locally within Chandigarh and nearby areas as required.
