Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, addressing their evolving needs and providing regular updates on products and services. Sales and Revenue Growth Meet or exceed sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products/services.
Collaborate with the sales team to acquire current business.
Consultative Selling
Assess client needs.
Provide customized solutions.
Support clients throughout the implementation and post-sale process.
Market Intelligence
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide strategic insights to clients.
Collaboration with Internal Teams Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience. Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
Generate performance reports to track progress and highlight areas of improvement.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred). Experience
0–3 years in sales, relationship management, or account management with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Experience with CRM software and sales tools is essential. Skills
