Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and customer meetings.
Identify potential customers and convert leads into business.
Meet monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
Coordinate with the service and spare parts teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up on enquiries and pending quotations regularly.
Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/ERP.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities whenever required.
Submit daily call reports, weekly activity reports, and monthly sales reports.
Travel within the assigned territory to meet customers and develop business.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
1 to 6 years of experience in B2B Field Sales.
Experience in Industrial Machinery, Textile Machinery, Garment Industry, Engineering Products, Automation, or Capital Equipment will be preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
