Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: The role is responsible for:
Leading team development efforts towards successful project delivery by maintaining high standards of software quality, establishing positive practices, and conducting code reviews.
Ensuring the team follows best practices and standards throughout the development process.
Managing multiple applications by overseeing multiple applications within a platform, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operation.
Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Overseeing the technical aspects of system implementation.
Addressing technical challenges and ensuring the team adheres to architectural guidelines set by the ATTP Platform Architect.
Performance Monitoring: Manage the performance monitoring of applications and coordinate with the ATTP Platform Architect and GTnT Product Managers to improve efficiency.
Qualification
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or Engineering.
Certification: ABAP Backend Developer.
Requirements | Skillset, Competencies and Experience
Positive knowledge and understanding of overall IT development processes
5+ years of experience in IT coding.
3+ years of experience in ABAP coding.
3+ years of functional experience in SAP ATTP.
Experience in process mapping and gap analysis.
Solid analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot process and data issues.
Knowledge of and hand on experience with other SAP modules, like: MM, PP, WM, LE
Ability to work with cross-functional and multi-national and multi-cultural teams.
Proven excellence in communication with stakeholders on various levels.
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
