Bento Retailer is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives to join our retail team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to start their careers in retail sales. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist them with their purchases.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain product displays and keep the store clean and organised.
Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
Answer customer queries politely and professionally.
Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management.
Promote ongoing offers and current products.
Work closely with team members to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements
12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.




Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willingness to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
