Sales Executive – Job Responsibilities Zeel Juli Venture Pvt. Ltd. (Zilli Studiio) As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating business prospects, converting leads into clients, and maintaining long-term customer relationships while representing the company's professional image.

Key Responsibilities Contact assigned leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels to understand customer requirements and business needs. Present the company's services professionally and recommend the most suitable solutions based on client requirements. Convert qualified leads into successful sales by providing accurate information, timely guidance, and effective consultation.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to maximize conversion rates and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Build, develop, and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare quotations, proposals,



and pricing details as per company policies and coordinate the complete sales process until deal closure.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-up activities, lead status, and sales progress in the company's CRM or management software. Coordinate with the production, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and excellent customer experience. Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure prompt communication throughout the sales journey.

Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) assigned by the management. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports, conversion reports, and performance updates to the reporting manager. Stay updated with the company's services, industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to identify recent business prospects.
