Responsibilities
Welcome and seat customers in a friendly manner.
Present menus and explain dishes when required.
Take customer orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages promptly.
Ensure tables are clean and properly arranged.
Respond to customer requests and resolve basic concerns.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
Follow restaurant service standards and company policies.

Requirements
Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
Valuable communication skills in Tamil; basic English is an advantage.
Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with good grooming and hygiene.
