We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our restaurant while ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities - Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations.
Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house and service teams.
Ensure exceptional guest service and handle customer concerns professionally.
Monitor restaurant performance, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations.




Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and team productivity.
Monitor inventory, stock control, and operational costs.
Prepare operational reports and support business performance.

Candidate

Requirements - 3–5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a restaurant, café, lounge, bar, or hotel.
Robust leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Experience in handling restaurant operations, guest relations, and team supervision.
Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and operational reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and flexible shifts.
