The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, scheduling and attending client meetings, presenting our facility management services, and generating current business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit corporate offices, hospitals, commercial buildings, apartments, educational institutions, hotels, and industrial establishments to introduce BetterCare's services.
Generate current business leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their facility management requirements.
Present the company's services and explain how they can benefit clients.
Follow up on enquiries and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
Coordinate with the operations and management teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Maintain records of daily client visits, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
