Key Responsibilities
Source and acquire customers for Electric Vehicle financing through dealer channels, direct sales, and local market activities.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with EV dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Generate high-quality loan applications while ensuring compliance with company policies and credit guidelines.
Guide customers through the loan process, document collection, and application submission.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure timely loan approval and disbursement.
Conduct regular dealer visits and market mapping to identify business prospects.
Achieve monthly business targets related to loan sourcing, disbursements, and portfolio quality.
Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure a positive borrowing experience.
Track competitor activities and market trends in the EV financing segment.
Ensure complete KYC and regulatory compliance in all sourced cases.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferred) or MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.
15 years of experience in vehicle loans, EV loans, two-wheeler loans, commercial vehicle loans, or retail asset finance.
Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
Strong sales and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of loan products and documentation processes.
Positive communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Familiarity with local markets and dealer networks in Punjab.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile-based sales applications.
