We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Monitor staff scheduling and attendance.
Maintain inventory and coordinate purchasing.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor restaurant sales and operational performance.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
Maintain discipline and a positive work workplace.

Requirements




3–7 years of restaurant management experience.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and customer service.
Ability to work versatile shifts, including weekends and holidays.
