Must know how to cook: Biryani (Chicken, Mutton, Veg) South Indian meals (veg & non-veg) Parotta, kothu parotta, salna Non-veg curries & fry (chicken, mutton, fish, egg) Veg gravies & sides Responsibilities: Cook full menu solo with consistent taste Handle prep, purchasing & raw material Control food cost & wastage Maintain FSSAI hygiene standards Fast, on-time cooking during peak hours Requirements: 5 years' experience (restaurant / biryani outlet / mess / catering / cloud kitchen) Robust in biryani, South Indian, parotta & non-veg Able to run a kitchen independently Honest, reliable, full time incl. weekends
