Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Poonamallee.

The Sales

Officer is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, including engaging walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable automotive products and services. Daily tasks include generating and qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, coordinating with channel partners, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The role also involves providing attentive customer service, resolving concerns promptly, supporting sales operations activities such as documentation and billing, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Officer is expected to build long-term client relationships and actively contribute to local market development.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills to identify prospects, manage pipelines, and handle day-to-day sales processes efficiently.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication and confident interaction with customers and internal teams.

Candidates should possess Channel Sales experience or understanding, enabling effective collaboration with dealers, distributors, or other external partners.

Relevant experience in automotive or retail sales, along with basic knowledge of vehicles and financing options, is highly beneficial.

Ability to work in office in Poonamallee, meet defined sales targets, use MS Office or basic CRM tools, and maintain accurate documentation is required.

A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales, is preferred.
