Vahn is looking for someone who can't stand an unsolved problem. We build India's most ambitious bespoke motorhomes - one-off caravans and coaches built for clients who commission a vehicle the way you'd commission a piece of architecture. For six years we've grown on instinct, referrals, and Instagram.

It worked, until it didn't and we know exactly why: there is no system. No funnel, no CRM, no idea why people land on our site and go quiet. We are five designers who are very valuable at building extraordinary things and genuinely bad at selling them.

We need the person who is good at that - who finds a broken pipeline more compelling than a finished one, who'll spend a weekend digging through Google Analytics for fun, who reads a stalled lead like a mystery to solve rather than a task to close out. What you'd actually be doing:

Diagnosing, with data, why our website visitors and inbound leads aren't converting — including hands-on work on our site (adding a portfolio/proof layer, tightening copy, basic analytics setup)

Setting up the CRM and lead-tracking infrastructure that currently doesn't exist





Running our social and LinkedIn presence as a lead engine, not just a content calendar

Opening relationships with interior designers, production houses, and HNI circles who could become our referral channel

Telling us the truth in numbers - CAC, conversion, pipeline velocity - even when it's uncomfortable Who we're looking for:

Someone driven, curious, well-traveled in the way that makes you positive at reading people, and unbothered by the fact that this role has no manual yet - you're writing it. No business degree required. You need to have built or fixed somethingbefore - a funnel, a community, a side-project, a small business - and have opinions about why it worked.
