ForeAstro is a rapidly growing astrology platform connecting users with expert astrologers through chat, call, and personalized spiritual guidance. We're looking for a results-driven Sales Head to build, lead, and scale our sales team while driving consultation bookings and revenue growth.

Role Overview The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the complete sales function, improving lead conversions, building high-performing sales processes, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and booking targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to improve lead conversion.
Monitor team performance, and daily productivity.
Train, mentor, and motivate sales executives to maximize performance.
Optimize lead allocation, follow-up processes.
Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve conversions.
Create sales scripts, SOPs, and performance dashboards.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.




Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of sales experience, with leadership role.
Proven experience in managing inside sales or telesales teams.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting.
Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced startup setting.

Preferred
Experience in astrology, wellness, consultation or service-based industries.
Experience handling high-volume lead generation and conversion teams.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
