About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Officers to join our growing team. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with customers, and have a strong understanding of the real estate market, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through field activities, referrals, digital platforms, and cold calling.
Meet prospective customers and explain residential and commercial plot projects.
Conduct site visits and provide complete project presentations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful bookings.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth.
Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
Coordinate with the marketing and management teams to maximize conversions.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate effectively.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C sales (Real Estate experience preferred).




Strong communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and English.
Positive knowledge of customer relationship management.
Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and follow-up.
Ability to convince customers and close sales confidently.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
Valid two-wheeler and driving licence are preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in selling plots, villas, apartments, or other real estate projects.
Valuable local market knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional appearance and customer-first approach.
