Reltio Platform Development
Design, configure, and implement Reltio data models, match & merge rules, survivorship rules, and reference data.
Develop and manage Reltio entities such as HCP, HCO, Affiliations, Products, Accounts, and Locations.
Configure Reltio workflows, data quality rules, and data governance policies.
Support Reltio tenant setup, environment migrations, and release deployments.

Integration & Data Engineering
Build and maintain integrations between Reltio and upstream/downstream systems (e.g., CRM, data warehouses, analytics platforms).
Develop and consume APIs for data ingestion, synchronization, and extraction.
Support batch and real-time data processing patterns.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills
3 - 6+ years of experience in MDM implementations, with hands-on expertise in Reltio.
Solid experience with Reltio configuration (data models,



match/merge, survivorship, workflows).
Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and data integration patterns.
Experience working with cloud-based platforms and contemporary data architectures.

Pharma / Domain Knowledge
Robust understanding of Pharma / Life Sciences commercial data domains, including:
HCP / HCO master data
Affiliations and hierarchies
Product and reference data
Experience supporting commercial analytics, CRM, or downstream reporting use cases.

General Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models.
