Key Responsibilities:

Manageoverall branch sales operations, including business development, customerservice, and compliance.

Drivehome loan business growth through direct sourcing, connectors, builder tie-ups, and open-marketchannels.

Buildand maintain robust customer and builder relationships to maximize businessvalue and cross-sell prospects.

Lead,train, and motivate the sales team; recruit high-performing talent whilefostering engagement.

Developand implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets.

Monitorbranch portfolio performance and implement corrective measures.

Ensureadherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.

Collaboratewith Operations and Risk teams to streamline loan processes, maintain portfolioquality, and control NPAs.

Overseecollections for acquired portfolios to ensure healthy asset quality.

Trackmarket trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback; recommendstrategies to enhance business outcomes.

Executepromotional campaigns, contests, and innovative initiatives to boost customeracquisition.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

25years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within BFSI/NBFC; exposureto Loans Against Property preferred.

Priorexperience in direct customer acquisition and channel sales; solid localmarket knowledge and established regional network.

Minimum Graduate
