We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales and expand market presence for our dairy products. The candidate will be responsible for developing distributor and retailer networks, achieving sales targets, increasing product availability, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and manage distributor, wholesaler, and retailer networks.
Increase market coverage and identify recent business opportunities.
Ensure product availability and visibility in assigned territories.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance and competitor activities.
Build and maintain robust relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely product availability.
Implement promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities.
Collect market feedback and submit sales reports to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors and customers.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of the dairy.
Ability to analyse market trends and identify business opportunities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Experience
Experience in selling milk, curd, paneer, butter, ghee, ice cream, or other dairy products.
Experience handling distributor and channel sales.
Knowledge of retail and wholesale market operations.
