Role & responsibilities
Drive regional sales, rentals, and revenue growth across the assigned market.
Develop and manage robust relationships with developers, brokers, channel partners, landlords and property owners to expand business opportunities.
Expand property listings, rental inventory and overall market presence.
Build, manage and strengthen broker and channel partner networks to drive customer acquisition and transaction volumes.
Drive growth in the rentals and leasing business by acquiring quality inventory and improving occupancy and conversion rates.
Lead and mentor the regional sales and business development teams to achieve high performance and business objectives.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets across sales, rentals and supply acquisition.
Identify current business opportunities,



strategic partnerships and market expansion initiatives within the region.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences and pricing dynamics to identify growth prospects.
Ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery across the entire customer lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency, process adherence and seamless execution of business goals.

Preferred candidate profile
815 years of experience in Real Estate industry
Strong network in the real estate industry.
Proven experience in sales, business development and team management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to drive business growth and manage regional operations.
