We are looking for a energetic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our solar energy team in Kozhikode (Calicut). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer energy requirements, recommending suitable solar solutions, and managing the sales process from lead generation to project completion.

Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for residential, commercial, and industrial solar PV projects.
Meet prospective customers and conduct site visits to assess energy requirements.
Recommend suitable on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar solutions.
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and project cost estimates.
Present the technical and financial benefits of solar systems, including energy savings and return on investment (ROI).
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, contractors, architects, and channel partners.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.




Stay updated on solar technologies, government policies, and industry trends.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in solar, electrical, or renewable energy.
Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, net metering, and electrical concepts.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel across Kozhikode and nearby areas for customer meetings and site surveys.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in solar EPC, electrical equipment, or renewable energy sales.
Familiarity with the Kozhikode market and surrounding districts.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and provide customer-focused solutions.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
