Position: Sales Executive – Residential Interior Design

Experience: 2–4 Years

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

About the Role

TheHousekraft Ventures is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Executive with 2–4 years of experience in the residential interior design industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in converting leads into customers, understanding client requirements, coordinating with designers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle leads generated through various marketing channels.
Meet clients to understand their interior design requirements, budget, and expectations.
Coordinate with the design team to prepare design proposals and quotations.
Present design concepts and guide clients throughout the sales process.
Conduct design presentations, walkthroughs, and follow-ups.
Negotiate with clients and successfully close sales.
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM regularly.
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications




2–4 years of experience in residential interior design sales is mandatory.
Experience with interior design companies such as HomeLane, Livspace, Bonito, Decorpot, DesignCafe, The Studio by Nandita Manwani, or similar organizations is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer handling and sales closure abilities.
Basic understanding of residential interior design concepts and space planning.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Work Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Note: Only candidates with relevant experience in the residential interior design industry will be considered. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
