Job Profile

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the battery industry to drive sales, develop strong customer relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales, dealer network management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business prospects and develop a strong customer base.
Manage and expand dealer, distributor, and retail networks.
Promote and sell automotive, inverter, industrial, or lithium battery products.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer requirements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales effectively.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
Prepare daily sales reports, visit reports, and market feedback for management.

Requirements




Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any relevant field.
3–5 years of sales experience in the battery, automotive, electrical, inverter, or related industry.
Solid knowledge of battery products, distribution channels, and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is an advantage.
