Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Generate new business opportunities through market research, customer visits, networking, references, and lead generation. ● Identify and approach potential customers including elevator manufacturers, dealers, contractors, consultants, and industrial clients. ● Promote Unified Industries’ elevator control panels, electrical assemblies, and customized solutions. ● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. ● Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline. ● Explore current markets and increase company presence.

Client Relationship

Management ● Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and new customers.



● Understand customer requirements related to elevator control panels and electrical solutions. ● Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product discussions. ● Handle quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and order closures. ● Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships. Technical & Internal Coordination ● Understand elevator electrical systems, control panel requirements, and customer specifications. ● Coordinate with design, production, and technical teams for customized requirements. ● Ensure accurate communication of customer requirements for smooth execution. ● Support customers during pre-sales and post-sales coordination.

Sales

Reporting & Documentation ● Maintain records of leads, inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order status. ● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. ● Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. ● Maintain accurate sales documentation.
