Role Description The Retail Merchandiser role at AGASHE Multidesigner Store is a contract, in office position based in Delhi, India.

Responsibilities include planning and organizing product displays, ensuring collections are presented in line with brand guidelines and seasonal trends. The role involves tracking stock levels, coordinating with store management and designers for replenishment, and analyzing sales performance to optimize assortments.

The Retail

Merchandiser will support customer-facing teams by maintaining an attractive, well-organized store layout and assisting with in-store promotions, visual merchandising updates,



and styling recommendations. Daily tasks also include monitoring competitor offerings and customer feedback to help refine product mix and visual strategy.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Retail and Sales skills relevant to fashion and luxury or premium products.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and designers.

Candidates should possess Sales & Marketing skills to support promotional activities and drive store performance.

Ability to understand visual merchandising principles and maintain high standards of store presentation.

Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Prior experience in fashion retail, merchandising, or a multibrand boutique is preferred.

Proficiency in basic MS Office or POS systems and the ability to interpret sales reports is beneficial.

Relevant diploma or degree in fashion, retail management, business, or a related field is an advantage.
