PEB - Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional to drive business growth in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) segment. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building solid client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, consultants, architects,
Identify and develop new business prospects within target market segments.

Generate leads through networking, market research, and client engagement.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Set and track sales goals, ensuring consistent performance against KPIs.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including coordination with internal teams.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions aligned with project needs.




Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management for strategic decisions.
Address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
