Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laptops, desktops, printers, accessories, and other IT products.
Explain product features, specifications, warranty, EMI options, and promotional offers.
Demonstrate products and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and product availability.
Promote and upsell accessories, software, extended warranties, and value-added services.
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
Assist the billing team during the sales process when required.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure products are properly displayed.
Stay updated on the latest laptop models, technology trends, and product launches.




Maintain daily sales records and customer follow-up reports.
Participate in showroom promotions, events, and marketing activities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before and after the sale.

Requirements
12th Pass / Diploma / Any Bachelor's Degree.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
