Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bellary.

The Sales

Executive will engage with walk-in and existing customers, understand their vehicle and spare parts needs, and recommend suitable products and solutions. The role includes managing the sales process from inquiry to closing, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with the store team to ensure timely delivery. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining product knowledge, updating customer records, following up on leads and payments, and supporting merchandising and display of products in the store.





The Sales

Executive will contribute to achieving sales targets, building long-term customer relationships, and representing Prerana Auto Spares in a professional manner.

Qualifications

Proven sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in automotive, spare parts, or retail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical product information in easy terms.

Basic knowledge of trucks, buses, and common spare parts, or willingness to learn quickly.

Ability to work in office in Bellary, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer inquiries.

Comfort with basic math and billing processes, including quotations, invoicing, and payment follow-up.

Proficiency in local languages and functional English; solid listening and negotiation skills.

Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.

Integrity, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset, with readiness to work flexible retail hours as needed.
