ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Sales Engineer to support our sales team with CRM management, customer coordination, and trial scheduling — a outstanding entry point for someone who wants to build a career in technical sales for industrial capital equipment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Maintain and update customer and lead records in our CRM/pipeline system
Coordinate internal trials and demonstrations for prospective customers
Support the sales team with day-to-day customer follow-ups and status updates
Assist in preparing quotations and proposal documents
Coordinate between customers and internal teams (Design, Production) during the pre-order stage
Maintain customer visit reports and follow-up records
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree (technical background preferred)
0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong communication skills welcome
Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Excel
Explicit communication skills — English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up
