Reach out to pet owners and service providers to introduce TailsHug’s platform.
Pitch and onboard current clients and partners (vets, groomers, trainers, etc.)
Conduct client meetings and site visits as needed (Bangalore) for conversion to “verified user”
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM
Support marketing and outreach campaigns to drive sign-ups
Gather customer feedback to help improve the platform experience
Must-Have Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in cold outreach and client conversations
Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts
Comfortable with field visits and meeting clients in person (Bangalore)
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Basic proficiency with spreadsheets/CRM tools
Good to Have
Prior internship or part-time experience in sales/business development
Interest in the pet-care or consumer services industry
Network or experience working with local businesses/service providers
Social media or content skills to support outreach
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
