We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Proposal Engineer to handle customer enquiries, prepare techno-commercial proposals, support tender submissions, and generate recent business prospects for electrical automation and control panel projects.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business and maintain customer relationships.
Handle customer enquiries and prepare techno-commercial quotations.
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
Coordinate with Design, Purchase, and Project teams.
Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
Achieve sales targets and maintain sales reports.
Qualification
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.
Experience
2–5 years in Sales, Proposal, Estimation, or Tendering.
Experience in Electrical Panels, Automation, or EPC projects preferred.
