Respond promptly to sales inquiries across all communication channels. Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable villas. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Build solid customer relationships. Follow up with leads and repeat guests. Achieve sales targets. Maintain CRM records. Coordinate with Guest Services and Operations. Handle booking changes and guest concerns professionally. Upsell premium villas and additional services. Stay updated on inventory and pricing. Collaborate with Marketing teams. Maintain confidentiality and company standards. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
