Role Description The Retail Supervisor is a full time, in office role based at the Dolphin Bakes 'N' Ice Creams store in Mysore. This role oversees daily retail operations, including staff scheduling, task delegation, and monitoring store opening and closing procedures. The supervisor supports team members on the sales floor, ensures shelves and displays are well-stocked and presentable, and maintains cleanliness and safety standards.

The role includes handling customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer service, and promoting key products and specials.

Supervisor also assists with basic inventory checks, cash handling, and reporting sales or operational issues to management. Qualifications

Robust supervisory skills with experience leading retail or customer-facing teams.

Knowledge of retail operations, including cash handling, inventory checks, and store procedures.

Solid product knowledge or willingness to learn about bakery and ice cream offerings to support sales.

Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and interacting with customers.

Proven customer service skills with a focus on creating positive in-store experiences.

Basic numerical and organizational skills for managing shifts and daily reports.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Prior experience in retail, food service, or hospitality is preferred.
