Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives (Unlimited Earning Potential)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive – Media Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating advertising revenue, acquiring sponsorships, building media partnerships, and expanding our client network across various industries.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets while working in the media and advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Acquire advertisers, sponsors, and media partners.
Meet business owners, marketing heads, and corporate decision-makers.
Present advertising, branding, sponsorship, and media solutions.




Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Conduct regular follow-ups and close sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Media Sales, Advertising Sales, or Corporate Sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Confidence in meeting senior decision-makers.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
