We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive property sales by generating leads, conducting site visits, building solid customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and channel partners.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
Coordinate with the documentation and finance teams for booking and registration processes.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and current project launches.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and property expos.
Must have experience in residential or commercial real estate sales.
