Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end return processing and reverse logistics.
Verify returned products and ensure proper quality checks.
Create and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for incoming inventory.
Update inventory records in POS and EasyCom systems.
Perform stock reconciliation and maintain inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with logistics partners, vendors, and internal teams for return resolution.
Process replacement, refurbishment, or disposal of returned products as per company policy.
Monitor daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Prepare return and inventory reports for management.
Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs and safety standards.
Required Skills
Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
Hands-on knowledge of GRN processing.
Working experience with POS systems.
Experience using EasyCom or similar warehouse/order management software.
Solid knowledge of inventory reconciliation and stock audits.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
