About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator (Fresher) to support the Sales Team in day-to-day coordination activities. The candidate should have positive communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn and grow in the Generator Manufacturing Industry.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Sales Team for daily sales activities.
Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and other sales documents.
Maintain customer records, inquiries, and follow-up details.
Coordinate with the Production, Dispatch, and Accounts departments for smooth order processing.
Respond to customer calls, emails, and basic inquiries professionally.
Update sales reports, order status, and customer data in Excel/ERP.
Assist the Sales Team in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and dispatch records.




Follow up with customers regarding quotations, order confirmations, and required documents.
Perform other coordination and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com., BBA, BA, B.Sc. or equivalent).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.
Knowledge of ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.
