The ideal candidate will understand client requirements, create design solutions, present concepts, and convert inquiries into successful projects. Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients to understand their design requirements and budget.
Create interior design concepts, space plans, and material selections.
Prepare design presentations and quotations.
Convert leads into confirmed projects through effective sales and consultation.
Coordinate with the project and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and finishes. Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Interior Design and/or Sales.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Passion for design with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
