Needs to be an automobile enthusiast with umpteen amount of knowledge on new cars latest features, competition comparison and ways of marketing such features.
Developing current and effective strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
Developing an effective team, with right recruitment and proper training and effective monitoring.
Coming up with recent initiatives to drive sales growth and lead the team from the front.
Meeting the sales targets and sales goals efficiently.
Building relationships with old and existing customers.
IN charge and responsible for all end to end sales operations in the dealership.
Executing current & effective sales strategies to tap potential markets especially rural villages & all untapped areas.
