Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely execution of sales activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills along with a basic technical understanding of products and customer requirements.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team to prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain solid client relationships.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments for smooth first order execution.
Maintain customer records, sales reports, MIS data.
Assist in preparing sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams for appropriate solutions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
