Position: Senior Accountant

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Location: Bidar, Karnataka

Salary: ₹4–5 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)

About the Role

Singh Developers is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations and ensure statutory and financial compliance. Candidates with prior experience in the real estate industry will be preferred, while experience in the hospitality sector will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, and return filings.
Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and oversee accounts payable and receivable.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Monitor cash flow,



maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications
B.Com or M.Com with a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience. MBA (Finance) or CA Inter will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred; hospitality industry experience is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP, MS Excel, GST, taxation, and statutory compliance with solid analytical and organisational skills.
