Role Description The Senior Business Associate will work on-site in Kochi in a full-time capacity, supporting key business operations and decision-making. This role includes analyzing financial and business data, preparing reports and presentations, and providing insights to leadership and clients.

The Senior Business

Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support client communications, and help manage day-to-day business activities and service delivery.

Responsibilities also include identifying process improvements, assisting with customer service escalations,



and contributing to strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Solid understanding of Finance and Business concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis.

Excellent Communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Customer Service orientation, with the ability to handle client queries and support long-term relationships.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.

Proficiency in spreadsheets, presentations, and business productivity tools;

experience with analytics or ERP systems is beneficial.

Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant experience in business operations, consulting, or financial analysis preferred.
