Specific contribution expected from the role: Looking for a Data Modeler with 8+ years of experience in data modeling, Medallion Architecture, dimensional modeling, and normalization techniques. Robust hands-on expertise in PySpark, Databricks, SQL, data quality, profiling, and at least one data modeling tool is required. Knowledge of AI-driven productivity tools is essential; experience in CPG and data governance (lineage, metadata management) is a plus.

Have 8+ years of data modelling experience
Knowledge and experience on medallion architecture, table normalization techniques and dimensional modelling
Hands on experience on at least 1 data modelling tool
Hands on experience in Data engineering using pyspark and Databricks
Solid SQL and data analysis skills
Data quality and profiling
Knowledge and understanding on AI and its uses for productivity improvement

Positive to have
Specific AI tools for productivity improvement in DM/DE
CPG industry domain experience
Data governance capabilities like data lineage, metadata management etc
