Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The ideal candidate should have robust functional expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in implementing and supporting SAP FICO solutions. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and provide SAP FICO solutions aligned with organizational needs.
Configure and support SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
Configure and support SAP CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
Perform end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support activities.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare functional specifications.
Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams for custom developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing,



and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and user manuals.
Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.

Required Skills
4–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
Solid knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting).
Valuable experience in SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation and multiple support/enhancement projects.
Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
Ability to prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
SAP FICO Certification is preferred.
Experience with S/4HANA Finance will be an added advantage.
Exposure to GST, taxation, and financial compliance processes.
Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
